GRILL MAGNET Details
Permanent Magnetic Grills are used for separation of iron particles mixed with dry, granular or free flowing material. Magnetic Grills are designed by stainless steel tubes, each tube of the Magnetic Grill consists of an array of permanent magnet road especially designed and configured to generate high magnetic field.
All grids can be supplied using either ferrite magnets or powerful rare earth magnets that are recommended for fine ferrous contaminants such as rust and many more. The Magnetic Grill tubes have standard diameter is 25mm (1”) also the filters can be supplied in multifarious sizes with width and length varying from 9 to 36 inches or several shapes circular or rectangular. Customized sizes, shapes and design can also be offered. Magnetic Grills manufactured to any size or shape, they are simply placed in or below hoppers, in closed chutes, floor openings, catch bins, and other locations. Open Grate Magnets are available in round, square, and rectangular shapes to fit your equipment. For an even higher level of protection, double and triple banked grids can be manufactured.
Grill Magnets are indispensable device as Tramp iron separators, used for excluding tramp iron or ferrous contaminants from free flowing granular materials. Our Magnetic Grill are made of rare earth or ceramic magnets. The grills are aligned in certain angle that attracts the contaminants. As the material flows through the Magnetic Grill, the iron particles are captured by the magnets and they are trapped over the surface of the element. The trapped material has to be removed manually after detaching the Magnetic Grill from its location. In case of self cleaning Magnetic Grill the iron particles get trapped over the extra sleeve provided on the elements, they get released as soon as the elements are pushed out of the sleeves.
