PLATE TYPE MAGNET

Magnetic Plates are available with Ferrite Magnets or with high-intensity permanent Rare Earth magnets that can capture fine ferrous particles, tramp iron and slightly magnetic debris from powdery, moist, clumpy, or abrasive materials that might choke, bridge, or cause rapid wear in cartridge-based separators. Plate Magnets are installing easily in chutes to remove ferrous fines, as well as large pieces of tramp iron, from many types of free-flowing and pneumatically conveyed material. They can also be deployed above conveyors or below conveyor drive pulleys to capture ferrous contaminants as material drops from open belts.

For Iron Removal, Magnetic Plate is generally arranged above the material flow which attracting the iron particles. The Magnetic separation plates generate the magnetic field when the product flows across the plates that capture grabbing tramp iron and metal contamination. The contaminants are easily removed from the magnet surface during the cleaning process. For Separating of Ferromagnetic material like Tin/M.S. sheets and containers from conveyor belts, multiple Magnetic Plates at various locations are used. This prevents the falling off of sheets/containers back into the conveyor. The plates are available in both flat and curved shapes and can be installed either above or at the discharge end of material flow.
