ROLLER TYPE MAGNETIC SEPARATOR Details
Regal Magnetics has produced Permanent Magnetic Roller Separators with high intensity and high gradient by using innovative technology. This technology engrosses high intensity rare earth neodymium permanent magnetic roll assembly which is developed and assembled under strict quality control and specification. Magnetic roll separator is used to remove fine iron contamination from the products such as Silica sand, quartz, magnesite, feldspar, dolomite, food products, chemicals, ceramics, etc. The magnetic separator consists of a hopper, electromagnetic feeder with dimmer control, roll construction, drive motor, adjustable splitter plates, and control panel.
We are manufacturing Roller Type Magnetic Separator with robust construction or as per International Quality Standard and Supply all over Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Karnataka and all over India.
Operating Method :
The magnetic roll separator has a powerful rare earth magnetic roll, which also functions as a head pulley. As the product on the belt passes over the rare-earth magnetic roll, ferrous particles stick to the belt while the non-ferrous particles fall freely off the belt into the non-magnetic chute due to centrifugal force.
Features
Magnetic rollers are available in manifold measurement like in 100 mm dia and widths upto1500mm. There are three different Magnetic Strengths i. e. 10000 Gauss, 12,000 Gauss and 14,000 Gauss. The Roll is driven by a 0.5 HP, variable speed DC/AC geared Motor drive adjustable from 0 to 100 RPM. For the purpose of Feeding, Vibratory Feeder with Control is provided. The Machine is provided with Abrasion resistant endless conveyor belts of 0.8mm thickness.

Regal Magnetics roller separator are used in several types of Industrial Minerals applications like Abrasive, Refractory and Ceramic Raw Material beneficiation, Alumina, Silica, Carbide, Magnetic, Quartzite, etc. Glass Raw Materials, Clean Silica Sand, quartz, Feldspar, Dolomite and many more., Ultra High Purity Quartz Cleaning, Graphite Upgrading, Manganese Ore , Bauxite Upgrading, Diamond ore basification, Selective Separation of Garnet / Limonite/Retile, Zircon, Basification of Iron ore, Recovery of Metals from Slag, Removal of Ferro Silicate from Limestone, Magnetite etc.
