Magnetic Destoner is specially equipped for removing of iron stones, mud balls & other iron impurities from rice, wheat, dal, chana, soya and many other commodities, where can be used our Magnetic Destoner.
Magnetic Destoner is packed with high intensity neodiyum rare earth magnet which are comes in grades like (N-45, N-40, N-52) and have gauss value ofup to 14000 which help to remove all iron impurities from material and have accuracy upto 99%. power consumption in Magnetic Destoner is only upto 2HP.
Magnetic Destoner is come in different stage according to material. Machine is equipped with fully mild steel structure which have good strength and totally close body to avoid dusting. In Magnetic Destoner there will be feeding hopperand also Vibrating tray for balanced flow of material and also P.U make belt which have 0.8 mm thickness to keep more magnetic strength on belt. Feeding Hopper will be equipped with magnet to avoid heavy iron particle which can any damage to the conveyer belt.
